Requirements

Current Registered Nurse license in ND and MN
Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English
Valid driver's license and insured vehicle

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' health status and develop individualized care plans
Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians
Monitor and document clients' progress, ensuring timely and accurate reporting
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, therapists, and caregivers, to ensure holistic care
Educate clients and their families on health management, disease prevention, and care procedures
Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations, as well as agency policies and standards
