Requirements

A graduate of a state board-approved school and currently licensed in Iowa.
CPR-certified or willing to obtain certification.
Committed to exceptional attendance and willing to work weekends and holidays as required.
Passionate about serving others and working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

Communicating effectively with residents, families, and healthcare teams.
Administering medications and treatments, taking full responsibility for resident care.
Working closely with the Director of Nursing to manage care, workload, and any special concerns.
Providing emotional and physical support to residents and families, ensuring comfort and safety.
Teaching and supporting Certified Nursing Assistants to create a cohesive and effective care team.
