Registered Nurse (RN) Part-Time
About The Position
As an RN, you - Will primarily work with our rehabilitation patients in our SNF neighborhoods, with flexibility to assist in other areas of the nursing home as needed. Administer nursing care to our rehabilitation patients, including: Developing and implementing nursing care plans Providing patient care And maintaining medical records Supervise the C.N.A. staff to ensure quality of care and performance expectations are met Build long lasting relationships with residents and help provide them with social and emotional support
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Current/valid State of Wisconsin RN License required
- CPR Certification required
- Computer skills strongly preferred
- Certified or willingness to obtain dementia care certification strongly preferred
- Clinical and supervisor experience as well as basic computer skills strongly preferred
