About The Position
Arc of Onondaga is seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses to support individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities. Our RNs advocate for the health and well-being of the people we support, partnering with direct care staff and healthcare providers to ensure high-quality medical care.
Requirements
- A passion for making a long-term, positive impact in the lives of others
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality care
- Academic Degree in Nursing and NYS RN Certification
- CPR certification
- Valid NYS driver's license
Responsibilities
- Develop individualized care and treatment plans.
- Monitor medication administration and document follow-up to ensure proper medical care.
- Train direct care staff on safe medication administration.
- Facilitate and coordinate healthcare services.
- Support a consistent caseload
