Registered Nurse (RN) – Med Spa
About The Position
HYDRO Med Spa is a provider-led medical spa combining functional medicine with advanced aesthetics under the tagline "Medical Expertise. Spa Feel." We are seeking a motivated and versatile Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a nurse who enjoys both clinical care and creative collaboration. The position is part-time (3 days per week), with flexibility to move into a full-time role for the right candidate.
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Florida
- Minimum 3+ years of nursing experience preferred
- Strong IV and phlebotomy skills (required)
- Comfortable assisting with procedures in a medical spa or outpatient setting
- Experience with or strong interest in social media and content creation
- Professional, personable, and team-oriented
- Organized, adaptable, and willing to assist where needed
Responsibilities
- Proficiently start IVs and perform phlebotomy with confidence and consistency
- Assist providers with medical and aesthetic procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms and support patient flow
- Provide excellent patient care before, during, and after treatments
- Assist with general office and clinical support as needed
- Participate in daily social media and content creation (photo, video, short-form content)
- Collaborate with providers and office staff to create engaging, compliant content
- Assist with behind-the-scenes, educational, and promotional content
- Be comfortable appearing on camera and interacting with patients and staff for content
- Required availability for some Saturday events (up to 4 hours)
