About The Position

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team in Sarasota, FL. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and support patient recovery and well-being.

Requirements

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Previous nursing experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
• Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care.

• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patient health conditions and record relevant information.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Provide patient education and support to patients and their families regarding health conditions and post-treatment care.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies.
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
