Registered Nurse (RN) Atrium Behavioral Health Continuing Care -FT Days

Department: 36654 Atrium Health Behavioral Health: Charlotte - Assertive Community Treatment Team (ACCT) Status: Full time Benefits Eligible: Yes Hours Per Week: 40 Schedule Details/Additional Information: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm Pay Range $35.50 - $53.25 This position is Sign-on Bonus Eligible

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing (BSN preferred)
• BLS required per policy guidelines
• Current RN license or temporary license as a Registered Nurse Petitioner in the state in which you work and reside OR If declaring a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state as your primary state of residency, must meet licensure requirements in the home state OR For non‑NLC states, a current RN license or temporary Registered Nurse Petitioner license is required in the state where the RN works

Nice To Haves

• Experience with SPMI population preferred.
• Community based work experience preferred.
• ACTT experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collects data pertinent to the healthcare consumer's health or the situation.
• Analyzes the assessment data to determine the diagnoses or issues.
• Identifies expected outcomes for a plan individualized to the healthcare consumer or the situation.
• Develops a plan that prescribes strategies and alternatives to attain expected outcomes.
• Implements the identified plan, coordinates care delivery, and employs strategies to promote health and a safe environment.
• Evaluates progress toward attainment of outcomes.
• Delegates elements of care to appropriate healthcare workers in accordance with any applicable legal or policy parameters or principles.
