We are located in the heart of Greenfield, IN on the 3 rd floor of Hancock Regional Hospital. AMG Specialty Hospital - Hancock Campus is offering a $10,000 Sign-On Bonus for Full Time Registered Nurses, RN for all shifts with ICU/critical care/med surge experience! Some of the medical conditions that are commonly treated include but are not limited to; Respiratory Failure requiring ventilation, vapotherm, high flow, bipap, cpap, and nasal cannula. Depending on the complexity of these patients, they can require sedation/pain management, pressor management, and cardiac/anti-arrhythmic management. Complicated infections requiring long-term IV antibiotics. Chronic non-healing wounds requiring extensive treatment with wound vacs and frequent dressing changes. RN's will be responsible for direct and indirect patient care in the long-term acute care setting. Ability to communicate with physicians, CCO/co-workers, as appropriate about changes in patient's clinical condition including results of diagnostic studies and symptomatology. Respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment. Additionally, is able to perform general nursing duties in all departments with adequate supervision. Pay up to $45-/hour based on years’ experience, ICU experience and National certifications HIGHER HOURLY RATES THAN MARKET! Shift Differentials are paid for all Night and Weekend Shifts! $10,000- Sign-On Bonus or Tuition Reimbursement is offered as per the terms of an Employment Assistance Agreement with a 2-year minimum commitment. Requirements

Current Indiana Registered Nurse Licensure
Current BLS Certification
Current ACLS Certification
Ability to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing

Responsibilities

RN's will be responsible for direct and indirect patient care in the long-term acute care setting.
Ability to communicate with physicians, CCO/co-workers, as appropriate about changes in patient's clinical condition including results of diagnostic studies and symptomatology.
