About The Position

Human Touch Home Health is seeking a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) to provide in-home nursing services in Locust Grove and Orange, Virginia. Opportunities are available for Full-Time, Part-Time, or PRN based on availability and service needs. For over 27 years, Human Touch Home Health has delivered high-quality skilled and non-skilled services across Virginia and neighboring states. The Registered Nurse will provide skilled nursing care in the home setting, ensuring patients receive safe, effective, and coordinated care. Requirements

Active Virginia Registered Nurse (RN) license
Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (home health preferred)
Strong assessment and documentation skills
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments
Develop and update individualized care plans
Provide skilled nursing care including wound care, medication management, and disease education
Complete documentation accurately and in a timely manner
Coordinate care with physicians and other healthcare professionals
Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and safety
Monitor and report changes in patient condition
