Requirements

• Active Iowa RN license
• CPR certification
• Strong clinical and leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and compassionate resident care
• Lead and support care team members during your shift
• Assess, plan, and evaluate resident needs
• Ensure compliance with nursing standards and facility policies
