This unit receives a high level of patient satisfaction due to their dedicated and engaged staff. Our Emergency Department Registered Nurses are asked to be a strong leader with great communication skills; caring, and personable with patients; energetic and dependable. The leadership of this unit is energized and employee-centric. Staff are active participants in performance improvement discussions with leadership working as a unit to improve the overall experience. An annual influenza vaccination is required.
