About The Position
Our Homecare is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to perform in-home assessments and follow-up visits throughout Middlesex County, NJ. This position focuses on one-hour clinical visits. No facility shifts and no long cases. Responsibilities center on structured assessments and clinical oversight.
Requirements
- Active New Jersey Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently in a field-based environment
Responsibilities
- Conduct new client assessments in the home
- Perform follow-up supervisory visits
- Update and maintain care plans
- Provide clinical oversight of caregivers
- Complete documentation and maintain regulatory compliance
