Requirements
- Must be able to travel to Cedar Falls locations, Creekside in Grundy Center, Parkview in Reinbeck, and Grand JiVante in Ackley. And other future locations of WHC.
- Full-time employees must work 3 self-scheduled weekend shifts a month OR choose an on-call weekend
- Part-time employees must work 2 self-scheduled shifts a month or choose an on-call weekend
- Must work 2 self-scheduled holidays
- A positive attitude
- Reliable transportation
- Must possess a current active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Iowa.
- Experience/ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, and the public.

- Prior RN experience is preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Coordinates preparation and planning of resident admission; giving proper recognition to the real and potential contribution of family and others in planning nursing care
- Accurately administer all medications, treatments, and physician orders; taking ultimate responsibility for resident care
- Provide for the emotional and physical comfort and safety of residents and emotional support to families
- Assist with supervising, assists, consulting with, and teaching certified nursing assistants
