Requirements
- RN with a current Washington State license (Multi-state licenses from participating Compact States accepted).
- A compassionate nurse who loves pediatric care and values one-on-one patient relationships.
- Someone who enjoys a quiet, intimate care setting over a fast-paced hospital environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled, compassionate RN nursing care for a child with medical complexities, including TPN, ventilator and tracheostomy care.
- Work closely with the patient's family.
- Assess and implement care based on each child's unique needs.
- Document and communicate care plans effectively within a team that values collaboration and excellence.
