Registered Nurse (RN) - DAYS - TEMPORARY $50 per hour NO benefits
About The Position
Laurel Oaks Behavioral Health Center, a 118-bed Acute Psychiatric Hospital and Residential Treatment Center for children and adolescents (ages 4-18), is seeking Registered Nurses. The facility, located on 10 acres in southeast Alabama, includes the New Day Academy (K-12th grade school) and employs approximately 195 staff members. This temporary position offers 12-hour shifts with rotating weekends and the option to become permanent after 12 weeks. Laurel Oaks is a subsidiary of Universal Health Services, Inc. Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited RN School of Nursing
- A diploma graduate and/or an associate degree in nursing required
- Current status as a Registered Nurse in the State of Alabama
Responsibilities
- Provides nursing care to psychiatric patients (children and adolescents) utilizing established nursing process
