About the RN Role As an MPA Registered Nurse, you’ll partner with our clinical and residential teams to ensure the health and well‑being of the youth in our care. This is a day shift, full‑time role at our Plymouth campus where you will provide oversight, support, and continuity of care for residents. This role is ideal for an RN who thrives in a relationship‑centered environment and wants to work closely with adolescents on their healing journey.

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Must pass background check
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years working with adolescents preferred
  • Strong communication and assessment skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and support the medical needs of adolescent residents
  • Review intake information, gather medical background, and complete health assessments
  • Meet with new residents within 24 hours of intake
  • Ensure updated immunization and physical records
  • Assess and treat minor medical concerns, coordinate specialist referrals
  • Communicate with outside providers (psychiatrists, pediatricians, etc.)
  • Collaborate with Clinical team for medication management
  • Create and maintain Medication Administration Records (MARs)
  • Monitor medication side effects and document accurately
  • Train residential staff in medication administration
  • Keep families and guardians informed of health-related updates
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate medical services
  • Document all services within 24 hours
  • Support a safe, healthy environment for youth
