Requirements
- Active Virginia Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum 1–2 years nursing experience (home health preferred)
- OASIS experience preferred
- EMR experience (WellSky/Kinnser or Homecare Homebase a plus)
- Strong assessment and documentation skills
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
