Requirements

Current, unrestricted RN license in FL (or Compact)
CPR certification and negative TB test/chest X-ray
Minimum of 1 year experience in home health
Reliable transportation (driver's license & auto insurance)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and perform essential physical tasks
Excellent critical thinking and assessment skills

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
Bi-Lingual

Responsibilities

Registered Nurse will monitor patient condition and deliver individualized care with minimal supervision
Registered Nurse will execute physician orders: administer meds, treatments, and follow-up
Registered Nurse will document patient care accurately
Registered Nurse will communicate changes and needs to physicians and care teams
Registered Nurse will mentor and supervise LPNs and nursing assistants (if applicable)
Registered Nurse will provide emergency care as needed
Registered Nurse will educate patients and families on prevention and wellness
