About The Position

As a Registered Nurse (RN) you will participate in and oversee the provision of patient care services consistent with accepted standards and prescribed by attending Physician. You will observe, assess, and report Patient conditions/changes and document in accordance with Cantex’s Clinical Policies & Procedures and state/federal guidelines & regulations. EMR documentation relevant to patient assessment, evaluation, change of condition, in accordance to nursing practices. You may administer medications and treatments as prescribed, receive, transcribe, and execute physicians’ orders. You will evaluate and implement a Patient’s care plan, and direct, monitor, and coordinate timely delivery of quality Patient care by all subordinate staff. The role ensures Patient Care Management Systems are routinely in-serviced and incorporated into the delivery of patient care.

Requirements

  • Graduation from an accredited Nursing School
  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) License

Responsibilities
