About The Position

BAYADA is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide one-on-one home care near Faribault, Minnesota. The role offers clinical mentorship, paid training, and flexible scheduling to support both personal and professional goals. BAYADA's Minnesota skilled nursing offices serve local communities across the state, including the Twin Cities Metro areas, Rochester, Faribault, Winona, St. Cloud Metro, Duluth, Iron Range, and Moorhead. Requirements

• Active RN license (Registered Nurse) in the state of Minnesota
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 care to clients of all ages and acuity levels
• Focus on patient care through user-friendly electronic charting

• $35–41/hour in Minnesota (including overnight and weekend shift differentials)
