Schedule: 36 Hours Responsibilities Under the direction of the Chief Nursing Officer/Director of Nursing, Nurse Manager or Charge Nurse, the Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for utilizing the nursing process while delivering, directing and supervising care to patients admitted to the nursing unit. Provide direct patient care to medically complex patients requiring extended hospitalization Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of medical professionals (Respiratory Therapists, Physical Therapists, Case Managers, Dietitians, Speech Language Pathologists, and more) to create and carry out individualized care plans May perform other related duties as assigned or requested Qualifications PAM HEALTH (PAM) based in Enola, Pennsylvania, provides specialty healthcare services through more than 80 locations, as well as wound clinics and outpatient physical therapy locations, in 17 states. Requirements

  • Current unrestricted RN License in the state you are applying
  • Current BLS certification
  • ACLS Certification Required within 90 days of hire (reimbursement provided). Must be active Day 1 for all Charge, High Observation, and ICU roles.
  • One year of inpatient medical-surgical nursing experience preferred but not required.
