Role: RN Reporting to: Clinical Manager Wage/Classification: Non-exempt Key Responsibilities: - Provide skilled nursing care under RN/Clinical Manager supervision. - Support the patient’s emotional and physical needs, ensuring continuity of care. - Communicate patient changes to the care team and document all interactions. - Build strong relationships to encourage patient compliance and safety. - Maintain accurate clinical records and adhere to infection control and safety protocols. - Participate in staff development and community outreach activities. - Uphold confidentiality and follow all HIPAA guidelines.
