Emergency nursing experience is a strong asset, providing the rapid assessment and critical decision-making abilities needed to deliver exceptional care in our high-volume Advanced Urgent Care. Requirements
- Education from an ACEN- or CCNE-accredited nursing program
- Current RN licensure
- Availability to work required evening and weekend shifts
- Commitment to high-quality, efficient outpatient care
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred
- Prior experience in ER, Urgent Care, or Acute Care strongly preferred
- We invite applicants with strong clinical assessment skills and experience in: Emergency Room (ER) Urgent Care Acute Care
- Ideal candidates excel in fast-paced environments, communicate clearly, and deliver compassionate, patient-centered care.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing services to patients under the direction of a physician or midlevel provider, and provides a variety of related services to maintain a safe, therapeutic environment.
- Collect patient health data, analyze the data to determine diagnoses, identify expected outcomes individualized to the patient,
- Develop a plan of care that prescribes interventions to attain the expected outcomes,
- Implement the interventions identified in the plan of care, and evaluate the patient’s progress toward attainment of the outcomes,
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team.
- Perform professional nursing work of considerable difficulty including the care of patients as outlined by physicians and the objectives and policies of the organization.
- Provide patient and family health education and health assessment.
