Scheduled Weekly Hours: 32 Registered Nurse (RN) – Pediatric Specialties, Gastroenterology Location: La Crosse, WI FTE: 0.8 (32 hours/week) Shift: 8-hour shifts between 8am-5pm Pay: $30.46/hour, plus more based on RN experience Holiday/Weekends: None What You Will Do Provide nursing care to pediatric GI patients using the nursing process and evidence-based practice Support provider-directed care including diagnostic tests, procedures, and care coordination Assist with specialty procedures and testing requiring advanced RN skills Serve as a primary contact for patient/family communication and education Manage a high-volume, task‑focused specialty workflow Collaborate with the Pediatric GI provider and care team to ensure safe, timely, patient-centered care Document care according to organizational and regulatory standards What You Will Get Support for your career growth through Professional Development Opportunities, our Tuition Reimbursement Program, and the Career Development Center Departmental leadership that supports you as you do your best work Have your voice heard through our Nursing Shared Governance Councils Opportunity to develop GI specialty nursing skills Supportive team environment with an established Pediatric GI provider What You Need Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing Active RN license in the State of Wisconsin Current BLS Pediatric experience preferred Strong communication, organization, and critical thinking skills Emplify Health is comprised of two of the Midwest’s most respected healthcare systems, Bellin Health and Gundersen Health System. Requirements

  • Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
  • Active RN license in the State of Wisconsin
  • Current BLS
  • Strong communication, organization, and critical thinking skills

  • Pediatric experience preferred
