The Inpatient Behavioral Health Unit at Atrium Health Navicent provides compassionate care to patients experiencing acute psychiatric and behavioral health crises. Our multidisciplinary team is dedicated to stabilizing and supporting patients through evidence-based treatment approaches. As an RN in the Inpatient Behavioral Health Unit, you will: Provide patient-centered care to individuals experiencing psychiatric crises. Perform mental health assessments and implement individualized care plans. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, therapists, and social workers, to support patient recovery. Promote a safe and therapeutic environment for patients and staff. Educate patients and families on mental health management and recovery resources. Requirements

  • Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
  • Current valid Georgia nursing license or eNLC nursing license.
  • One (1) year of nursing experience, preferably in psychiatric/behavioral health or a related field.
