Requirements

Current RN license in the State of Michigan (required)
CPR Certification (required)
Strong clinical skills and critical thinking abilities
Compassion, teamwork, and a deep commitment to resident dignity and safety

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing (preferred)
Familiarity with PointClickCare (PCC) is a plus

Responsibilities

Deliver individualized nursing care based on residents’ personal care plans
Administer medications and treatments accurately and timely
Assess residents, update care plans, and respond to health changes
Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and families to support resident health and wellness
Supervise LPNs and CNAs, offering mentorship, direction, and accountability
Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with clinical regulations
