About The Position

We are hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for a long-term care facility in Phoenix, AZ. The RN will provide quality care to residents while working in a supportive team environment. Recent graduates are welcome to apply.

Requirements

• Active RN license in Arizona
• ADN or BSN degree
• Knowledge of long-term care or geriatric nursing
• Good communication skills
• Team-oriented mindset

• Open to new graduates
• Less than 1 year of skilled nursing or long-term care experience

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Complete admission assessments and assist with care plans
• Monitor and document residents’ conditions
• Communicate with residents, families, and healthcare team
• Supervise nursing assistants and support staff
• Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, feeding, mobility)
• Participate in shift reports and staff meetings
• Follow all state and federal nursing regulations
