About The Position
Ebenezer is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for our Skilled Nursing Community in Wyoming, Minnesota! This Meadows on Fairview TCU nursing role performs a variety of professional nursing duties in compliance with the Comprehensive Home Care regulations and follows established policies and procedures. This Nursing schedule includes; 40 hours every two weeks Day/evening shift; 6:30AM - 7PM 12 hour shift Every third weekend rotation Meadows on Fairview TCU is located in the city of Wyoming, MN, steps away from the Fairview Lakes Hospital and a short distance from Forest Lake and North Branch. We offer a home like atmosphere where you feel like you belong the minute you arrive! Our 14-bed Transitional Care Unit is small enough to get to know your co-workers and residents yet large enough to provide you with opportunities and room to grow.
Requirements
- Vocational/Technical Training or Associate Degree - Registered Nurse
- Current MN RN license
- AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers
- BLS is required upon hire and/or new hire must show proof that they are currently enrolled in a BLS class to renew or obtain their certification. BLS certification must be obtained within three-weeks of hire date and before nurse can perform independent practice
- 0-1 years of experience
Nice To Haves
- 0-3 years of experience
- TCU LPN/RN experience
- Basic computer skills
Responsibilities
- Monitors personal cares provided to assure consistency with each individual plan of care
- Administers medications and performs treatments per physician orders and facility policies
- Provides data relevant to the development of the plan of care
- RN – Assesses plan of care, resident goals and revises, modify plan of care as necessary
- Provides reports and documentation related to incidents, change of status and cares provided
