Your Responsibilities: As an RN in our sub-acute and skilled nursing facility, you will play a critical role in the recovery and long-term health of our residents: Patient Assessment: Continuously monitor patient conditions and assess their evolving needs to provide top-tier care and advice. Clinical Communication: Observe and interpret patient symptoms, ensuring clear and timely communication with physicians. Care Planning: Collaborate directly with physicians and the nursing team to develop and execute individualized care plans. Skilled Procedures: Perform routine clinical procedures (blood pressure, injections, wound care, etc.) and maintain accurate, up-to-the-minute patient charts. Qualifications: Licensure: Current, valid Registered Nurse (RN) License (Required). Requirements
