In this role, you will play a key part in delivering high-quality care, supporting residents’ comfort, health, and overall well-being. You’ll work within a collaborative and welcoming environment alongside LPNs, RNs, CNAs, Dietary Aides, Physical Therapists, Activities Staff, and more—while receiving guidance and support from our Nurse Managers and Director of Nursing.
Requirements
- Active RN license registered through the State of Wisconsin.
- Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- CPR certification required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Demonstrate reliability and accountability
- A strong commitment to providing high-quality care
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to give and take instructions in a professional manner
- Ability to provide guidance and support to others
- A passion for resident care, empathy, and leadership skills
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in Long Term Care and Skilled Rehabilitation is preferred
