Registered Nurse (RN) - Pediatric Care Center (Part Time - Night Shift)
About The Position
ChristianaCare is seeking a part time RN to work in our Pediatric Care Center located at our Women's & Children's building on our Newark Campus. Our Pediatric Care Center is a total of 14-beds with a mix of emergency and general pediatric acute care beds. The Pediatric Care Center RN will gain experience caring for children under the age of 18 with a variety of diagnoses like RSV, sepsis, asthma, broken bones, GI illnesses, head or body injuries, high fever and infections, abdominal pain and more. Requirements
- BSN required or commitment to obtaining BSN within three years of date of hire
- Delaware RN licensure or eligibility for licensure in the state of Delaware
- BLS Certification required
Nice To Haves
- Two years of Acute Care RN experience strongly preferred
- Pediatric, pediatric emergency, emergency department or critical care experience strongly preferred.
- ACLS & PALS preferred.
