Fairview is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for our Behavioral Emergency Response Team (BERT) department at our M Health Fairview University of Minnesota Medical Center - West Bank location in Minneapolis, MN. The Mental Health Float Pool serves a wide spectrum of patients within the Behavioral Health department including children/adolescents, adults, and seniors. Schedule: This position will be working a 0.6 FTE (48 hours ever two weeks) on the night shift (7pm-7:30am). The shift length is 12 hours long and works every third weekend. About our Behavioral Emergency Response Team (BERT) department at the UMMC West Bank The Team consists of about 30 RNs and 60 Psych Associates. RN is responsible for providing comprehensive care to unstable/stable patients within the Behavioral Health department. Float pool RNs are able to demonstrate their flexibility in the work environment and prompt response to changes in workload and assignments, as they are trained to work on multiple different units and serve a wide variety of patients.
