About The Position
COMPETITIVE PAY, SIGN ON BONUS AVAILABLE Joshua Tree Post Acute (JT) is now hiring a RN . JT is a 58 bed skilled nursing facility located in Yucca Valley. We are interested in NEW GRAD RN's as well as experienced RN's for ALL SHIFTS. We offer an extensive orientation and training. Shift time (12-hour shifts): AM 7am-7:30pm, PM 7pm-7:30am We will text you to schedule an interview! We are located at: 8515 Cholla ave.
Requirements
- BLS Certification
- RN
Responsibilities
- Med Pass
- observing patients for change of condition and notifying MD
- documenting daily
- working with clinical and rehab team to provide proper care and treatment
