About The Position
Seeking Psych RN, and/or New Grad RN Duties/Responsibilities: Assess patient health problems and needs Develop and implement care plans, providing supervision and delegation of tasks to ancillary personnel, and maintaining accurate, timely and complete medical records Administer care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients Provide education to patients and families and functions as a key member of the Interdisciplinary Treatment Team Is supervised by and reports directly to the Director of Nursing of the Hospital QualificationsJob Requirement Must be a licensed RN in accordance with the laws of this state, and must maintain licensure in good standing with the Idaho State Board of Nursing AVADE training and CPR certification within 90 days of hire Have sufficient knowledge of English, spelling, and math to compile reports, make out requisitions, maintain simple records and perform various clerical tasks Background check, and fingerprinting are required Benefits offered: This position includes shift differentials ranging from $1.50/hour to $4.00/hour on top of the listed base rate. Requirements
