Requirements

Current, unrestricted Louisiana Registered Nurse (RN) license required
Must have current CPR Certification
Compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) with great time management skills

Responsibilities

Delivers optimal patient care to patients requiring Skilled Nursing and/or rehabilitation nursing care for general medical and post-surgical conditions.
Coordinate all aspects of patient care; initiates and updates the plan of care
