Requirements

  • Licensure: Current, valid California Registered Nurse (RN) License (Required).

Responsibilities

  • Patient Assessment: Monitor conditions and assess needs to provide individualized care and expert advice.
  • Clinical Communication: Observe and interpret symptoms, ensuring clear and timely communication with physicians.
  • Care Planning: Collaborate with the medical team to devise and implement personalized care plans for every resident.
  • Core Procedures: Perform routine clinical procedures (vital signs, injections, wound care) and maintain meticulous charting and documentation.
