We offer services ranging from comprehensive short-term rehabilitation and transitional care to Alzheimer's and dementia care. Your day to day as a Registered Nurse (RN) As a Full Time Registered Nurse (RN) at Hilltop Manor, you will engage in a dynamic and fulfilling daily routine. Each shift from 11 PM to 7 AM will involve providing high-quality patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and documenting patient progress. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop personalized care plans, ensuring each patient receives the attention they deserve. Your responsibilities will also include responding to patient needs, offering emotional support, and maintaining a safe and clean environment. You can expect to work every other weekend, allowing for a balance between professional and personal life. As a new member of our team, you will receive comprehensive training and mentorship, enhancing your skills and confidence as you adapt to our unique healthcare setting.
