Requirements
- Active RN license in New York
- BLS certification
- Physical and QuantiFERON within a year
- MMR immunization.
- Strong communication and clinical skills
- Reliable and professional
- Ability to work independently
- Willing to travel within Westchester
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in the home
- Administer medications and monitor vital signs
- Use medical equipment as needed
- Observe and report changes in patient condition
- Communicate with patients and families
- Maintain accurate documentation
