About The Position
Affirmed Home Care is hiring experienced and compassionate Pediatric Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide one-on-one private duty care for pediatric patients in their homes. This role is ideal for nurses who are passionate about delivering individualized, high-quality care while building meaningful relationships with patients and their families. We have immediate opportunities available throughout Sussex County, along with a dedicated overnight case in Boonton, NJ. Featured Overnight Case Boonton, NJ 10:30 PM – 6:30 AM Care for a 3-year-old pediatric patient requiring overnight support, including respiratory management and GJT feedings. This case is well-suited for an RN with hands-on experience in managing complex pediatric needs.
Requirements
- Active New Jersey RN license
- At least 1 year of pediatric nursing experience (home care or acute care setting)
- Experience with pediatric respiratory care and GJT feedings
- Current BLS certification
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Physical exam within the past 12 months
- PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year (or chest X-ray within 5 years)
- Proof of MMR immunization within 10 years
- Proof of flu vaccination or approved exemption
