Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio.
- A team player who values communication, compassion, and collaboration.
- Someone dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to jump in where needed.
Nice To Haves
- Prior SNF or long-term care experience is a plus (but we'll train the right fit!).
Responsibilities
- Deliver top-notch clinical care to our residents with professionalism, patience, and heart.
- Work closely with our team of nurses, STNAs, and leadership to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Support the plan of care, assess residents' needs, and provide hands-on nursing care.
- Be a leader on the floor - a calm, capable presence who others look up to.
