About The Position

Position Overview: As a Nursing Supervisor, you will play a key leadership role in ensuring high-quality, compassionate care for our residents. You will oversee all nursing and resident care during your shift, coordinate clinical services, support staff, and help ensure that both resident outcomes and organizational goals are achieved. This role also includes oversight of all employees within the building during your shift.
