Requirements
- Active Georgia RN license
- Strong communication and clinical assessment skills
- Reliable transportation to travel across Metro Atlanta
- A heart for caregiving and a commitment to excellence

- Home health experience preferred (but not required)
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes
- Perform assessments, wound care, medication administration, and care coordination
- Collaborate with the care team to develop individualized care plans
- Document patient progress accurately and timely
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in every visit
