We are seeking exceptional Registered Nurses to join our Outpatient Services Unit, where "extraordinary care" isn't just a goal—it’s our standard. The Schedule: Balance Your Life Enjoy a predictable, full-time schedule with no weekends and no holidays. Hours: Monday - Friday, 70 hours per pay period (bi-weekly). Rotation: 10-hour shifts (3 days one week, 4 days the next). Stability: Specific shift times will be discussed during the interview to ensure a great fit. Your Role & Impact As an Outpatient RN, you are the critical link in a patient’s surgical journey. You will provide skilled nursing care during the immediate pre-operative and post-operative phases, using your expertise to ensure safety and clinical excellence.

Requirements

Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Licensure: Active Nebraska RN License (or compact state license with Nebraska residency declared within 30 days).
Certifications: Current BLS required; ACLS and PALS required within 90 days of hire.

Nice To Haves

Experience: Previous PACU or recovery care experience is preferred, but we value a strong clinical foundation and a passion for outpatient care.

Responsibilities

Pre-Operative Excellence: Perform admissions, comprehensive assessments, and prepare patients mentally and physically for surgery.
Recovery & Transition: Receive patients from surgery, monitor post-anesthesia recovery, and manage pain and stabilization.
Critical Surveillance: Proactively identify and respond to potential medical or surgical complications.
Patient Advocacy: Lead discharge teaching to ensure patients and families are confident in their recovery at home.
