About The Position

Lacamas Creek Post Acute is seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse to join our NOC shift team. This is a full time opportunity for an RN who wants to provide exceptional care in a supportive post acute setting where teamwork, respect, and quality outcomes truly matter. As a NOC shift RN, you will play a key role in ensuring continuity of care, resident safety, and clinical excellence overnight. You will work alongside experienced nursing professionals who value collaboration and pride themselves on delivering patient centered care. Responsibilities

  • Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and physician orders.
  • Monitor resident conditions and respond promptly to changes.
  • Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.
  • Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary team members.
  • Support a calm, organized, and caring overnight environment.
