Registered Nurse (RN) Needed - Sign-On Bonus
About The Position
Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing and documenting skilled nursing care in accordance with the developed care plan and physicians orders for each individual patient while adhering to confidentiality standards and professional boundaries at all times. RN range $34-44/HR $750 Sign-On Bonus Higher paying cases available upon request! Private duty nursing is an option for children and young adults with special needs such as; tracheostomy and ventilator care, feeding tubes, nebulizer treatments, TPN, as well as many other special medical needs that children and young adults may have..
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Diploma, Associate or Baccalaureate School of Nursing
- Current, unrestricted state license as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice
- Current CPR certification
- Demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessments, documentation and compliance with nursing care and policies and procedures
- Additional state specific requirements
Responsibilities
- Assess patient's condition and chart effectively
- Perform evaluation tasks such as vital signs and medication review
- Some cases may require physical support such as tracheostomy and gastrostomy tube care.
