Requirements

• Active IL REGISTERED NURSING LICENSE
• Current CPR Certification
• Prior Experience with G-tube & TPN-PICC

Responsibilities

• 1 on 1 Patient Care.
• Provide nursing care in accordance with the physician's care plan of treatment.
• Monitor patient's condition and compose patient charts.
• Assist patient in daily activities.
• Take and record vitals.
• Provide caregiver relief.
