About The Position

Our multispecialty Ambulatory Surgery Center is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background and thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining flexibility and excellent communication skills. We are a multispecialty ASC performing a wide range of procedures, including: Total Joint Replacement Sports Orthopedics Orthopedic Hand Surgery Gynecology General Surgery Pain Management

Requirements

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
• Prior Preoperative and Postoperative Care, Pre-Admission Testing (PAT), and Endoscopy procedures experience preferred
• Current certification in BLS required
• IV therapy proficiency (essential)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Familiarity with hybrid EMR systems; EPIC experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills

Nice To Haves

• BSN preferred
• Prior Preoperative and Postoperative Care, Pre-Admission Testing (PAT), and Endoscopy procedures experience preferred
• Familiarity with hybrid EMR systems; EPIC experience preferred

• As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
• Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
