Trillium Woods is recruiting for a hospitality focused Registered Nurse to join our team in the Birches Care center.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Registered Nurse with a current license in Minnesota.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- All new hires must be able to pass our preemployment screening process, which includes a criminal background check, drug test, tuberculosis skin test and employment references as required by a licensed residential care facility.
Nice To Haves
- Participation in professional organizations, dealing primarily in geriatrics preferred.
- Preferably one year of experience working in a long-term care, transitional care, memory care setting and Charge Nurse experience.

Responsibilities
- The Registered Nurse is responsible for the overall nursing care/service on his/her shift, including the accurate and timely administration of medications, treatments, documentation and emergency calls, as indicated.
- Assesses, plans, implements, evaluates and documents nursing and health services for residents in accordance with established policies and in accordance with standards of professional nursing practice.
- Accountable for the quality of health services delivered by self or others who are under his/her direction.
