Registered Nurse | RN Dixon Rehabilitation and Health Care Center - Dixon, IL PART TIME SIGN ON BONUS: $5,000.00 FULL-TIME SIGN ON BONUS: $10,000.00 FT DAYS + Rotating Weekends! (8hr Shifts) PT NIGHTS + Rotating Weekends! (8hr Shifts) INCREASED STAFFING RATIOS! Up to $40.50hr + Shift Differential available! If you are dedicated and compassionate, WE WANT YOU! What Will You Do in This Role? As a Registered Nurse| RN, you are responsible for ensuring the delivery of efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and resident/family satisfaction in accordance with accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations, and licensing requirements. You will operate within the scope of practice defined by the state Nurse Practice Act. As a Registered Nurse | RN, you will also be responsible for resident care and direction of nursing care during assigned shift; includes staff assignments, mentoring and educating nursing personnel, and working with physicians and other medical professionals.
Requirements

- Must have active, and in good standing, Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
- Professional image in both appearance and behavior
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting preferred
