At Dungarvin, we are a mission-driven team providing support services rooted in respect, response, and choice since 1976. We offer person-centered supports to individuals needing assistance, or living with intellectual or developmental disabilities, or other complex medical needs, helping them live as independently as possible. Our team is united by a commitment to making a real difference one person, one voice, one choice at a time. The Registered Nurse (RN) will ensure that each individual assigned to their caseload receives quality, individualized health care management, resulting in optimal health. Health care will be provided in a normalizing, sensitive, and respectful manner, encouraging autonomy. The RN acts as a health resource to staff and, in conjunction with supervisors and in accordance with the State of Texas Department of Public Health, will ensure the home complies with all licensure requirements and organizational policies regarding health issues, medical care, and records.
